I’ve known many people through the years
Who did nothing at all for themselves
Tending to their families but had
No hobby sittin’ up on the shelf

Their life was all about others
And of course that’s very good too
But what about yourself?
You need something just for ‘you’

Life has a way of changing
For nothing at all stays the same
And if you ended up all alone
Of course that would be a shame

But it would also be very sad as well
If you had no other interest in your life
So think about it, my friend
Just in case you lost a husband or wife!
