Everyday I Fall Into The Shadows Poem by Christopher White

Everyday I Fall Into The Shadows

Fragile legs,
Like bambi.

Champagnes strong
And I'm not.

My dress is torn,
My hearts broken.

Now I.....

Softly step
Through the streets.

Weak and tired,
Lost and unloved.

Heading home, alone,
Again, alone.

But....

I smiled at him,
He laughed at me.

Danced for hours
Without you.

Silence was familiar
In that crowded room.

Thinking....

What did I do?
What do I do?

No one to love
Nothing left to hold.

One hour alone
Would have changed my mind,

But....

The bridge ahead,
I wave goodbye.

I step across,
The final line.

My hair is wet,
My bodys cold.

Can't breathe....

....Dont want to.

This is a strong poem, thers feelings put out all throw it. I like it but, its sad, nobody wants to be all alon. We all want someone to care for us and care for them in retern. Ther got be some body out there, so no one can give up just yet. I us to feel all alon and not loved but I have found that there's go to be somebody out ther for evreyone and the jerny in finding them is just geting us pruperd for the life the'll shaer together. So we just got to be strong and keep fighting. this remings me of two poems I wrote 'Im ready to fight' and 'Thers go to be more then this' -good job!
