Every Way We Turn
every way we turn
we want to do our thing
we balk at yielding
to a God
and the Higher Plan
in the end
we’re forced to see
something others knew
our frailties are here to stay
it’s time to adjust our view
Just perfect. The beginning lines and the end lines just complete the poem into a great message.10+
