Even If I'm Dead.. Poem by Ishrat khan

Even If I'm Dead..

Even if I'm dead,
I'll be your thorn and you'll be my flower
Anyone who harms I'll give them scar
Even if I'm dead,
Like an armour I'll be your shield
I won't let anyone step in our field
Even if I'm dead,
I'll be dead under the tree you often visit
When you evoke my name just look at the falling leaves
Even if I'm dead,
You will again feel my breathe
Whenever you recall me n sit underneath
Even if I'm dead,
my soul is all yours
Our love is a great history that people converse
