Ether Poem by Mason Maestro

Ether

Is it profound, this organic compound
Two alkyl connects to the atom
What happens next in this context
We're moved to a solvent sanctum
Insofar for thee shofar
Blow to lead your flock
Mitigation for our congregation
As waters from a rock
We should know, or at least suppose
These conditions likely form
A volatile concentration
For this chemistry from a dynamic mix
While Moses stood above transfixed
And these
Ether kicks

A routine march for this exodus
There's more worth than earth
In the tabernacle
Where you face your death by holy seen
Left to pay your deity
The cost of constructing your villainies
Inasmuch for thee burning touch
From parent alcohol
Instigation on variations
Of explosive aerosol
It should seem, or at least could mean
These conditions likely transform
A marginal combination
For this inclination from a shifting mix
While Moses stood above transfixed
And these
Ether kicks
