Emotional Mess

Emotions overwhelming me
Taking over my mind
how could i be so stupid
How could i be so blind
My head and heart are battling
always Making me feel numb
its like i've lost control
its like i have no sun
I grip onto starving myself
and even cutting my own skin
the only things keeping me sane
its the only control left within
