Elected Government Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Elected Government

Rating: 5.0

Playing a character
Be it Legislature, Judiciary or Executive-
Must play or behave in judicious manner
A subject always waiting to be explored
Whatever be the cost thereby-
Everything else falling in place
Stringent action in the service
Of sovereign state is needed.

Making waves with creative flair
Bonding time, staying on the track
On the right lines, right directions-
Conquer and clear, doubts and fears
Legal and virtuous acts purging souls.

In the big league, one has the big role
Spotting the danger, timing matters-
Rout, crush and beat the evil designs
One must remember and well play
Playing the mentor-
None else, but the elected government?
