Dying, You Left Me Behind Poem by JAMES ROZARIO

Dying, You Left Me Behind

Rating: 5.0

When I go from hence, let this be my parting words,
that what I have gone through and seen is insurpassable;
My whole body and limbs have thrilled with HER touch who is beyond touch now;
And if End comes here, let it come -let this be my parting word
Dying, you left me behind; Left the greatest sadness of my external in my life;
You have painted my thought's horizon with the sunset colours of your
departure;
Leaving a track of tears across, clasped in your dear arms, Life & death.
I think I can see you watching my fate from the balcony, with the lamps lighted and
Opened the doors wide and open for me to accept the death freely.
DYING, YOU LEFT ME BEHIND
