Hey gods it's me, take me away from this place.
My prayer for tonight is to see her sweet face.
The face of the one who lives in my heart
She's my perfect girl and your work of art.
Though I've not heard her voice, it rings in my ears
It's softened my heart and chased away tears.
A voice oh so soft, like a warm summer rain.
She touches my heart and heals every pain.
The thought of her arms wrapped around me
Brings me some hope and its setting me free.
The love in her heart shows through her bright eyes.
Her smile gives comfort and my fears start to die.
I've prayed for this girl everyday of my life
She's the girl I love and my future wife.
Her love grows inside me and wells in my heart.
