Dream And Achieve Success Poem by Parth Parekh

Dream And Achieve Success

Something magical,
Something wondrous,
Always happens when,
You wake up from a deep slumber.

Whatever you dreamt
And whatever went wrong last night.
Now you have a chance,
In the real world to make it all right.

So wake up wake up,
It’s now your time,
Time for you to soar and fly,
And to complete the puzzle of your life,

The time is today
And the time is now,
To put the pieces together
And unscramble it all out.

So spread your wings
And spread them wide,
And then flap them hard and flap them fast,
Flap them and take to the sky.

Fly over and fly under,
Fly far and fly near,
Fly across boundaries and break the barriers,
Fly, fly and soar high,

Fly till your wings hurt
And fly with all your might
Fly until you reach
A place divine.

And when you do,
You shall realize,
You have broken records,
And for others put them out of sight.

All your worries
And all your sorrows,
Have taken a backseat
And have given up to your might.

You will have found your purpose
And will have found your reason for existence.
You will have discovered your life’s worth
And your very own meaning of life.

And now that your puzzle is complete
And now that everything is all right,
Get into a deep slumber
And dream a dream of what your day was like.

Dream about your mistakes
And dream about how to make them right
Because when you wake up,
You will again have a chance in the real world to make it all right.

One thing that makes this poem exceptional is the way you expressed your idea in a natural and sincere way. You wrote the way you are and never made it appear to the reader that you were trying to be someone else, and that is the best quality of a writer. The other thing is the smooth flow of your thoughts, making your points/arguments valid as the lines went along. You had the idea and you presented your views logically, not 'hanging' lines that go nowhere. Lastly, you manage to cath the reader's attention from first line to the last, although you can still do some editing here and make is concise without loosing the flow. ! 0++++++
