Down On Life's Weary Road Poem by Jennie Nguyen

Walking down on life’s weary road
Don’t turn back now if the pace seems slow
You might stumble and fall a bit
Whatever you do, but do not quit

When day is gone and darkness falls on you
Don’t be afraid just let your light shine through
When things go wrong along the way
Don’t give up hope and have some faith

And if you bump into a stranger on the way
Lend him a helping hand if you may
Some where down the road you might become weak
That stranger you helped might be there when you’re in need

Life has its twists and turns you must endure
But giving up your hope is not the answer for sure
So keep walking with your head up high
Believe in yourself and you will do just fine
