Don'T Tell A Lie Poem by Cathy Shao

Don'T Tell A Lie

My hands are wet as dews
My feet are cold in the shoes
I told a lie
I didn't know why

It's hard to admit one's mistakes
It's easier to blame others
A lie comes from a fearful mind
The creative force behind a lie is blind

(Be brave and don't tell a lie!)
