Don'T Leave Me Extraneous Poem by Andy Basore

Don'T Leave Me Extraneous

Don't Leave Me Extraneous

You are the base of my existence,
I worship you, my only denomination.
Without you, I become nothing,
only input with no purpose.

I fear that one day you'll go,
vanish into nothing.
I wouldn't fare; couldn't bare,
being torn into asymptote.

I look towards our future,
the possibilities endless,
as long as you stay, I promise, and pray.
We will definitely be boundless.

So please, just stay under me.
I worship you, my only denomination
Without you, I become nothing,
an input with no purpose.

I wish not to be extraneous.
