Don’t give me happiness
That doesn’t last an hour
Send me love in small parts
That I will cherish forever
Don’t give me luck
Always in all tasks
Give me strength instead
I will win my own bread
Don’t give me pain
When I am alone and in awe
Give me a helping hand
So that I can withstand
