When the time has come
When the bell has rang
When God has claimed what is his
Does it really matter that you were loved
Does it really matter that you were beautiful

When all that matters is gone,
When the human diamond has left
The most valuable thing in one’s life her soul,
When the soul has travelled
When the life is gone does it really matter how good you looked

When in life you struggled so bad,
When no one loved you enough,
When no one respected you,
When in life you were judged by the way you look,
Does it really matter when the heavenly doors have been open for you,
When you have a place beneath the stars,
When you know you are now in a safer place does it really matter that you were once mis-understood?
Does it really matter?
Does it really matter?

Does it really matter that you have been deceived in this world,
That you’ve been destroyed by the sayings of people,
That you’ve been betrayed does it really matter,
You have lived your life in so much pain feeling incomplete, does it?
