Do We Ever, Really Communicate? Poem by Sandra Feldman

Do We Ever, Really Communicate?

Rating: 5.0

We speak, we write
We scream, we fight,
But do We communicate?
Truth never in sight
Speeches just for plight
Lies for Fools' Delight,
Advertisements, that cause fright
Promises that never take flight.
People open their mouth
Only to scream or fight,
For might?
What kind of Communication
Is this? ?
Fools in plight must delight
In this chaotic, might!

Or are we just Crazy Crickets,
Singing, sinning in the night!
Sinking lower and lower,
As Hope in Humanism,
Moral values, excellence
And dignity, take flight,
In the silent,
Incommunicative,
Ignorant dark night.

Yes, we ARE crazy crickets and so are our communicative talkings, truly not understandable or with useful words. We as human beings must be ashamed of our crazy habit. Luckily we have the poets who can write beautiful pieces that never scream and these communications add as the great contribution to the conversations. Amazing poem!

This is an amazing thought provoking and thoughtful perceptional poem on human attitude. Sometimes we communicate and sometimes we do not. But we speak and write. An amazing sharing is done here.10
