Distance
The sun goes down
with the sheeds of night
the moon and the stars
come out to
light up the sky
Miles come between us
& distance keep us apart
it takes minutes
or even hours or days
to get from here to there
Though i cannot
really feel you,
because your not
by my side
You're always here
with me in at least
a hundred ways
whether it be
on a thought
in a moment we've shared.
