Dew Drops Poem by O Sudhir Janardhanan

Dew Drops

The joys of the innocent few
Always find beauty in the view
Just a child, not yet five
Lived life, full and live
He woke up late, with ease
To run wild, among the weeds
A, futile search for dew
Morn breeze, dried up last night's new
A hunt, that was in vain
His heart, grew sad with pain
Silent tears to smiling joy
W'en tear drop fell coy
In a colocasia leaf fold
He had a dew drop to hold
Oh! The joys of the innocent few
Always find beauty in the view
