Destiny Despairs Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Destiny Despairs

One alone made by Him
To pursue his own dreams
And come up tops like cream.

But not feeling his oats
And comparing odd notes
He looked for escape boats.

Sowing seeds of wild oats
And looking for scapegoats
No wonders called a turncoat.

Destiny designs him unique, one alone, no one quite like him. No one else can play the role assigned to him. And yet man's not sure. Something makes him feel inadequate, and hence grim. Destiny has great expectations from everyone. But as things turn out, destiny must be getting disappointed.
