Description Of A Vivid Dawn In Sicily Poem by Alistair Smith

Description Of A Vivid Dawn In Sicily

Rating: 0.5

Worship the light of the pall sun
In the fiery crystals of pallor shine
As the eldritch iridescence of the leaden blue
Palimpsest of paragon might.
Let thy not see the ember sash
Or the pompous gloss of prate rhine
Nor feel the pique of numb lash
Or see the shine of amber night.

Worship the sight of the precious Sun
Or preen the orbs of crystal glow
Nor sate the winded wheel of life
Or burn the faceless veil aglow.
