Demons Lurking Poem by S.anas Hussain (altair)

Demons Lurking

'I was the demon lurking in the shadows.
Ruthlessly I was chained towards the gallows.
In the Savage way I filled my void.
They beg my compensation which I destroyed.
Its so cold here and I feel so quite.
I was left in abide for justice, as I was acquit.
I was standing in the rain while I was freezing.
You never showed the heed, I was left with the grieving.
I had nothing but the soul, you sold.
There was nothing left but the flesh to hold.
