Democratie als Noemer

Als ik kijk, daar boven,
naar de vogels in de lucht
word ik blij,
maar
door de kogels diep in mij
voel ik me vogelvrij.
Ben ik weer tevreden,
kijk ik naar beneden;
Zie daar ginds
die mensen stelen,
om de hoek
de mensen helen.
Democratie is
toch voor velen,
zie ze paaien
en maar graaien,
hebben, hebben
niets meer delen
pakken wat men
pakken kan;
gaat dat niet
snel vervelen dan?
