Defense Against Your Own Mind Poem by Scarlet .....

I am under attack
Strike after strike
Beating after beating
I can not seem to stop it
It is tarring me apart
Limb by limb
I fall to the ground
Who is the attacker
It is my mind
It is the one attacking me
How is it you defend yourself
Against your own mind
it truth i believe i am defenseless
for if i attack
i will only harm myself more
i must wait out this attack
and hope it is the last
some how i know it is not
