DEEPER Disguise

Have You Ever Heard
Of The Strange Yet, Beautiful One
It Can Be A Thriller
Maybe A Sanity Killer
You Don’t Realise
Things I Haven’t Dreamt
Of Ever Seeing At All
Strange And Beautiful People
To Me They Sometimes Seem
Yeah Seem Quite Small
Practicing With Such Delights
We Dance On The Cutting Edge
For Here There Are So Many Lights
And I Will Try And Set A Pledge
Why Is This World Too Real
Escape Is What We Need
We’ll Even Try And Steal
We Are A Different Breed

Make Love You Sweet One
Try To Play With Fire
The World Today As We Know It
Has Turned Many Into A Liar
Or Has It Turned Me Inside Out
Or Maybe
Make Me Want To Shout
The Birds Making Chanting Calls
This Fine, Fine Morning
Make The Evening Balls
A New Day’s Calling
With Summer, Spring And Autumn Too
We Never Have No Winter
I’ll Sing And Dance
And Drink With You
And Stay Right In This Glamour
Make The Fine
The Sweet, Sweet Wine

And Let It Rest
And Soon Digest
Like A Test
We All Congest
So Soon Take One
Take Them All
But Hey, Watch Out
The Great Big Fall
It’s The Beautiful One
The Friend In Disguise
A Real Sanity Killer
Or Might You Not Or Never
Realize…

Poem of the Day

poet Dante Gabriel Rossetti

Young Love lies sleeping
In May-time of the year,
Among the lilies,
Lapped in the tender light:
White lambs come grazing,
White doves come building there:
