Deep Poem by Anthony Daniels

Deep

Now, now, take a look down under
Marvel at how the sea goes by
Stop and turn, fill your mind with wonder
Never be afraid to ask 'Why? '

Reflecting far, the sun sits on the sea
The shadow bends, as if waves were the potter
But you're here on the land, next to me
While the turtles swim under the water

Take a leap off the sandy shore
Follow the foam to the end
No matter how far you go, there'll be more
Of the plants and the ocean to tend

Think of me when you rest in the sand
When you fill up some stars in a glass
Think of the times when I'll take your hand
When the times of old come to pass
