Death In Distraught Poem by Ngwa Louis

Death In Distraught

How could she?
Wondered he!
The atmosphere gloomy
Brains kept booming
As he smelt the tarmac bloody

Overheard them hissing
Thought he
As they were in kissing
A house the keys he gave her kneeling
Tears heftily oozing
A love that kept him weeping

As brains kept ticking
Thought he was dreaming
Scheeeeeeew down he went crashing
As he was crossing.
A death in distraught
