A man so helpful rarely have I seen;
A man quite cheerful, he has always been;
A man so dutiful, I’m yet to see;
A man so wonderful, he is truly.
The man is silent but his mind isn’t still;
The man is working but is rarely ill;
The man is anguished but will not show it;
The man is patient – his natural habit.
The man’s a gentleman, I am so sure;
The man has principles, none can allure;
The man is simple but forgets at times;
The man toils incessantly in all climes.
He is akin my younger brother, then;
With heart of gold, not born with me- amen;
I wish him well in every endeavour;
God gave him wisdom and made him clever.
The time for him to retire is near;
I’ll miss him always, someone very dear;
God bless his family when he retires;
God answer his prayers and desires.
