Dealing With Physical Pain

When pain is aggressive
And the body is prey,
Strive to resist
In every way.
Professional help
May mean meds too.
It’s amazing what
Those meds can do.
Light exercise
Can brighten the day,
If executed
In the proper way.
Rest is important
And meditation,
Thus making time
For relaxation.
