Darkness (You) Poem by Rose Johnson

Darkness (You)

Rating: 4.5

You were my light
But then one night
Nothing went right
I tried to run
You captured me

Your darkness soon consumed me
I was nothing but an object to you
I became a possession
With a scream of no you took me as yours

I was weak
The one who said forever
Ended it in one night
Because of a fight
And nothing could ever go right
