Darkness To Life Poem by Christal Carpenter

Darkness To Life

He cometh with the clouds
The dark misshaped clouds
The earth shall wail because of him
For it sees right thought him
And his eyes were as a flaming fire
His voice like a thousand waters
Burning right though you, that ragging fire
Drowning in those deep waters

Thou have left thy first love
Thou have forgotten thy only love
Thou art forever fallen
Thou art dead and fallen
Thou wish’s to be joyous and alive
Come to the synagogue of Satan
Thou which was dead is now alive
Pray to thee almighty Satan

For I hold the keys to life and death
You are forsaken of the eternal death
The people who sat in the darkness
Were forever entangled in the darkness
The slept with there eyes wide open
And woke with there dreams asleep
They hated with there bodies cut open
And they cried with there love asleep

I said I will forever follow you
I will forever worship you
Not knowing I would be lost in this nothingness
Not knowing the sorrow and pain in this nothingness
Trying to get away
Knowing everything I loved is gone
Somehow getting away
Some how moving on
