Dark Emotions
Confusion breathes on me
like a cold winter's night;
with every second going by...
freezing my whole being
leaving me in sorrow.
Sorrow devours me
like a famished beast;
with every second going by...
tearing my heart out
with so much anger.
Anger murders me
like a cold blooded killer;
with every second going by...
laughing with each stab inflicted
leaving me in pain.
Pain envelops me
like the thick night;
with every second going by...
shutting off my senses
with its unending darkness.

Everyone gets days like this. Life throws a lot of hardballs along the way, but they only make us stronger. Hang in there, my friend...and keep writing. It IS a good outlet to vent out emotions...happy or sad.
