Dancing Poem by Victoria Horn

Dancing

Rating: 5.0

Your pulse is the rhythm
Your breath the beat
My prince charming
Finally swept me off my feet
Twirling through the room
A blur of dresses and suits
Me in my heels
You in your boots
This is your formal
For a special night
You sure do look handsome
You fit me just right
I am so proud
To call you my boy
Knowing my heart
Is not a toy.
I know you won't break it
Try your hardest to protect
One rule of love
You'll never forget.
