Daisy Poem by Adeosun Olamide

Daisy

I was ignorant
And pure

Glowing
And indifferent

Then admired
-The Consciousness

I was sought
It was pleasing

Then unseen
I was troubled

Itching
I- an exhibitionist

Blinded -want love
I was plucked

Then lusted
Then sucked

Oh, I was sullied
Then jilted

Trampled
-I wither on
