Dad... Poem by Nicole Eleanor Wicks

Dad...

Dad, I'm your daughter, you don't just have a new baby boy.
All I want is some love and attention but that sems too much too ask for.
My grandmother is the one who provides for me,
it's wrong,
it should be you buying me things i need,
it should be you giving me money,
it should be you that wants to spend time with me not her.
Whenever I ask, which isn't often, you don't have any money
yet your fiance can find money to spoil your baby,
buy new clothes for herself.

I don't want our family to break up,
if you move away and I loose you,
I have nothing.
She would have won, if it's what you want then go play happy families with her and your baby,
forget you have me and my brother,
forget we exsist.
You're just not the same dad you were before...
