Cruel Fate

Ah as the moon wanes so does my heart
With every day the distance grows more vast
The void deepens everso, So many things lost,
And in the end so little gained,
But fond memories and trinkets,
At the time no shadow blocked my mind,
And forever will I remain true
Little more then love is no match for cruel Fate
Fate who steals away my temptress own
