Crowned Lemur - Lincoln Park Zoo Poem by Ima Ryma

I am Sokkwi, a crowned lemur,
With wife Tucker, we have two sons,
Nuru and Azizi, and sure
Are happy that we were the ones
Chosen for the Lincoln Park Zoo.
From Madagascar we do come.
Primates coming thumbs up we do
Love this neighborhood - rule of thumb.
Plant eaters, a 20 year life,
We stick out with an oranged crown,
Closely knit and led by the wife.
In the neighborhood? Come on down!
