Crawling Back Poem by Vanessa Parodia

Crawling Back

Rating: 3.5

I knew you would come
Crawling back
Knew you would come
Knew it for a fact
So dignified and perfect
With your head held high
But after what you said
It all feels like a lie
I feel different
I can't say I'm fine
But after what you said
You tow a fine line
You're changing
And always moving
No longer stopping
Or redoing
I'll take you back
If you ask me to
But please remember
what you put me through
