Cracks of time

We fill life's space
in search for Whites
we draw shades
like silverblades
and shape our minds
like clouds passing by
leaving behind Why
what do we know
is that we know
how to repeat
and fail to beat
the cracks of time
are we the blacks
that left behind
some tracks
bound to be found
by an open mind
'please Truth
you be kind! '

Poem of the Day

poet Christina Georgina Rossetti

Where sunless rivers weep
Their waves into the deep,
She sleeps a charmed sleep:
Awake her not.
Led by a single star,
She came from very far
