Cracks of time

We fill life's space
in search for Whites
we draw shades
like silverblades
and shape our minds
like clouds passing by
leaving behind Why
what do we know
is that we know
how to repeat
and fail to beat
the cracks of time
are we the blacks
that left behind
some tracks
bound to be found
by an open mind
'please Truth
you be kind! '

Poem of the Day

poet Emily Jane Brontë

I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
I never caused a thought of gloom
A smile of joy since I was born

In secret pleasure - secret tears
