Coventry Cathedral Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Coventry Cathedral

Forty Words:

Sing oh voices of the choir

In memory of St.Michael's fire.

German action in World War Two

All collapsed, apart from the Spire.

Remains were rescued from the pyre..

Photographs live and people forgive

Even The Ruins we admire.
