Again the last year
was massing maximum
bean counter wealth
profit driven accountability
has no morality
no loyalty no stealth

multinational companies
buy sell strip assets
new balance sheet to sow
entire bought out companies
all staff shot down
like ducks all in a row

the loyal worker
giving a lifetime
to one employer
credit balance
does not show

the old the aged
in buy out merger
have no life preserver
debit carried
no pack your bags go

country after country
feels these reforms
cold bankers toe
before a cry for freedom
from oppression

manipulation by corporate
global countries exploitation

means ruin
paid proof
maximization?
