Convenience Poem by JoAnn McGrath

Convenience

Sometimes a person feels
taken advantage of
Be it the work place
A friend or your Love

Complacency takes over
Like an old pair of shoes
Your worn out
But still used

You serve the purpose
Whatever it maybe
But only at the wanter's request
The rest of the time your left unseen

Thrown into the corner
Like that old pair of shoes
Even a bit of new polish doesn't help
Your left not knowing what to do

Old shoes often remain my favorites. They are the most well adjusted souls to be around :)

Never here JoAnn, you know you only have to say if you fancy a chat...
