Contained Anger
Why didn't I see this coming from a million miles away?
If I'd known this before there's no chance I even stay
Now I'm self destructing feeling like I've got bi-polar all the way
And then you come up to me an think it's fun to ruin my day?
I really don't care anymore there's nothing you can do or say
Then you wonder at just how I end up in such a state
