I never understood my life
Was always scared
Experienced loneliness and depression
Got terrified when i saw my parents fought
Sat alone in darkness
Cried, because i trusted the wrong people
I felt alone
Always wanted a friend to be by my side
Almost cut my wrist
Thought of ways to end my life
I used to think that my only bestfriend was misery
And happiness was just a fairytale

But now..
Since i met you
Everything in my life turned upside down
I have a friend
Someone who i could trust
To share secrets with
I stopped thinking about ending my life
And also realized that happiness is not a fairytale
And this all because of you
I know you're always gonna be there by my side
And i too, will be there for you when you need me
