Come Here Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Come Here

The night party was going on
In the big mansion,
Dazzling light pervaded the large house,
Eminent people were enjoying the grandeur and splendour of the party.
At a short distance away from the great mansion
And under the serene moonlight,
A little child was sleeping in the open street in his loving mother's lap,
A wise vagabond minutely watched this delightful scene,
He murmured,
"Come here and watch the heaven on this earth,
Mother and her child entwined with each other
Under the calm and tranquil moonlight,
Is the most wonderful scene to watch."
