Colours Poem by Garret Raja

Colours

In hues untold, a tale unfolds,
When they spoke of colors, I was told,
'Your life will bloom, a vibrant sight,
With a baby's presence, all feels right.'

I brushed it off, a skeptic's heart,
No belief in rainbows, from the start,
But now I see, with opened eyes,
Colors abound, a sweet surprise.

On my walls, crayon trails they trace,
Rainbow echoes in every space,
A canvas alive, a masterpiece,
With hues of joy, my heart finds peace.

Toys scattered wide, a playful dance,
Their vivid presence, a vivid chance,
To bask in laughter, life's true treasure,
Each vibrant moment, a gift of pleasure.

Cartoon channels, vibrant and bright,
Imagination takes its flight,
With every episode, a story told,
Where colors blend, a tale unfolds.

My life now painted, a vivid blend,
From doubt to belief, a journey's end,
For in this child, my heart does find,
The colors of life, forever entwined.
