Candle Love Poem by Garret Raja

Candle Love

In a bustling city, there lived a girl so kind,
Every day, she walked, leaving the bus behind,
With determination and a heart so true,
She saved every penny for someone she knew.

Walking a mile, she embraced the morning air,
Not a hint of fatigue, she had love to share,
Her steps were light, her purpose so clear,
To bring joy to her loved one, year after year.

With each passing day, she saved a little more,
Not seeking comfort or convenience for sure,
For the money she saved, a gift was in store,
A surprise for her loved one, something they'd adore.

The day of their birthday would always arrive,
With excitement in her heart, she felt alive,
With the money she saved, she'd carefully choose,
A special gift that would banish any blues.

In her hands, she held the result of her stride,
A present wrapped with love, bursting with pride,
With a sparkle in her eyes, she presented the surprise,
A heartfelt gesture that money couldn't disguise.

The smile on their face, the joy in their eyes,
Made her sacrifices worth every mile she'd stride,
For in her heart, she knew the true meaning,
Of giving selflessly, without ever demeaning.

Her candle love burned brightly, a guiding light,
A beacon of kindness, shining through the night,
For she understood the beauty of sacrifice,
To bring happiness, her ultimate prize.

And so, her journey continued, day by day,
Walking with purpose, come what may,
For in her footsteps, love's flame did ignite,
A candle burning brightly, glowing so bright.

In the tale of this girl and her candle love,
We find inspiration, like a gift from above,
To give selflessly, with a heart so pure,
Bringing joy to others, forever to endure.
