Collapse Into Me Poem by Eli Spivakovsky

Collapse Into Me

collapse into me
fall galantly down
into my lap
spring into my kiss
well into my body
flood into my rhythm
giggle
be spirited
be soft to my touch
ripple your eyes
and draw a soft note to my ear
trance yourself
float to me
open your mouth
and lip me
walk barefoot towards me
lap your way through water
inhale the ethereality
let me smothered by your wings
dance with me
eat ripe fruit
beam yourself over me
show me your ankles
blow shofar for me
close your eyes shut
recline for me
wear a diamond for me
open a sapphire-cloud
touch me more gently still
open your doors
huddle
heave
and shove me down
breathe slowly
tame me
kiss me so softly I don't believe it
gather flowers for me
open a shell for me
find a bee for me
warm my breasts
undo my shirt
drink a lily
comb my hair
practice your scales
