Cinematic Popcorn Poem by Terry Hoffman

Cinematic Popcorn

The movies for me
are such a great treat.
The best part of all
is popcorn to eat.

I sit there entranced
all snug in my seat;
pop it in my mouth
and miss not a beat.

The scary part comes,
I quicken my pace.
Grab it by handfuls,
stuff into my face.

There's never enough
to last the whole show.
I sit there and yearn
for more, don't you know!
