Christmas Eve Poem by Ann Dulon

Christmas Eve

Rating: 5.0

A crisp dry frost in the air,
No snow as yet, not anywhere,
On this wonderful magical night,
Christmas trees shimmer in colourful light,
Home by the fire excitement grows,
Crackles from logs, the embers glow,
Family, friends together at last,
Carol singing like all christmases past,
Wishes, dreams all children desire,
Hanging up stocking before they retire,
Will santa remember everything they said,
It's christmas eve and early to bed.
