Christmas Poem by Titiksa Dugar

Christmas

Rating: 4.5

Everyone's anxious,
'Cos here comes Christmas.
Bringing joy and affection,
To families across the nation.

25th December,
Is a day to remember,
Because Lord had taken birth,
On this holy mother Earth.

Carols and hymns,
Are sung after the daylight dims.
Gifts and presents are exchanged,
And Christmas trees arranged.

The people are ready,
To welcome the Lord already.
They feel his presence,
As He grants their wishes in silence.
